helpful. I ordered rather late for Christmas delivery, but they sent as much of my order as they could. Andy, the person who worked with me, was very helpful and I am happy to have found this site. I do a great deal of on-line ordering now and have found that even if the product is wonderful, if you can't deal with the merchant, it isn't worth the effort. When there was a problem with my credit card clearance (I had given the wrong expiration date), they went way beyond good customer service to assist me in determining what the problem was that was causing the credit clearance denial.
